In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, whether in whole or in part, under any law, this provision or part of it shall not be deemed to be in accordance with the limits to which this provision or part of it is not part of This Convention, without being affected by the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this Convention.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

This Agreement shall govern “Terms and Conditions” and any disputes, claims or disputes arising out of or relating to any violation, termination, implementation, interpretation, validity or use of the Site or Service, of applicable laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Language of the Agreement

The Arabic language shall be considered as the language adopted in the formulation of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. In the case of any conflict between the Agreement in Arabic language and English language, the Arabic version shall reveal on the other languages.
